Paris Grey French Chest $275

I've been a bad blogger! I totally forgot to take before pictures of this chest. It is one of my favorite styles. It was in bad shape! I really wanted to stain the top but there was paper stuck to it & large chips out of the top. So I had no other choice but to paint it. It was missing one of the pulls so I filled the top holes & added beautiful fleur de lis knobs. I left the original hardware as is with a little bit of cleaning. I painted the main part of the chest in Old White chalk paint & the drawers are Paris Grey with a little Old White mixed in. I used a clear wax after a little distressing. Beware- picture overload!

  7. Beautiful chest, Jill! I am really loving the Paris Grey. I got the Old White to do a headboard {just waiting on the clear wax to start it}, but I think I'd like to find a piece to try the Paris Grey on. I love how you mixed the two colors here.
